Company to Community Partnership Model

• Disseminate Policy to workers

• Co-fund Peer Education trainings

• Co-fund Health Fairs and VCT

• Open company clinic to community members/support local existing HC

• Continue paying for clinical staff, lab tests and essential drugs (at subsidized prices)

• Provide HIV/AIDS, TB, Malaria and RH/FP services to employees and surrounding community

250,000 individuals reached with prevention and treatment message on HIV/AIDS, TB, Malaria, RH/FP

88 companies clinics and private clinics accredited for HIV/AIDS

4500 individuals accessing free MOH ARV’s through private clinics

6000 individuals receiving palliative care 40,000 individuals received HIV Counseling & Testing 900 healthcare providers trained In AIDS Treatment,

TB and HIV- related palliative care 3000 Peer Educators trained 35 workplace sites providing integrated health

services in HIV/AIDS, TB, Malaria, RH/FP 2500 Orphans and other Vulnerable Children served
