Ideal Candidate Profile

1. Sales skills: presenting products and services, making offers, account management

2. An interest for developing marketing skills: digital marketing, social media, basic SEO, web

analytics, running promotion campaigns

3. Good communication skills, proficient in using English in oral and written communication

4. Creativity in decision making and problem solving

5. Work experience: it is not required but we value experience in customer service and sales

6. Preferred: studies of Marketing, Business Administration or Communication

7. Advantages: basic experience in using Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or other graphic design

software; knowledge of German or French

Main responsibilities

1. Customer engagement : discover needs, service orders, obtain feedback, build a long term

relationship

2. Basic editing in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop of design files from customers (we will train

you on what needs to be done)

3. Collaborate with design freelancers, Supply Chain & Logistics to ensure orders are delivered on

time and respect the quality standards

4. Propose & run marketing projects to increase our visibility and sales in the target audience

5. Preserve customer information in the CRM system

6. Deliver weekly & monthly activity reports concerning customer engagement and the sales

pipeline

Collaborating with:

Business Development Manager – coordinating the sales& marketing strategy

Supply Chain Assistant – managing suppliers and coordinating printing & logistics

Design freelancers – assisting customers with graphic design work

Working schedule & conditions

1 month trial period

Starting date: 1st of March 2015

Part time: 4 hours; 80 hours/month

Financial compensation at market levels + performance bonuses
