Historical Period: dated 1916-1990

As a matter of record: North Williams Township received some prospecting activity circa 1916, subsequent to the silver discoveries. In the 1920's Exploration Syndicate held 16 claims west of Tracey Lake. Prospecting was restricted to outcroppings of Nippissing Gabbro.

The area underlain by Huronian sediments did not receive much attention until the 1950's when it was explored for uranium. During the later part of the 1950's the Lorrain formation of the Huronian supergroup was investigated for its potential in hosting paleoplacer gold.

In the early 1960's during the construction of the hydro corridor from the dam site at Fraserdale on the Abitibi River to Southern Ontario, Hydro crews exposed a rusty area of Lorrain formation bedrock in the vicinity of what is now claim # 4247787.

In 1973, Extender Minerals of Canada staked a barite occurrence west of Tracey Lake, just south of the current expanse of the claim groups assembled in today package held by Darlene Stubbs 100%. The company has been intermittently developing the deposit which is accessed by a decline. The operator Bob Hill is still actively engaged in an ongoing operation to extract the Barite. The Temagami Native Land Claim initiated in the mid 1970's Clnd finally resolved in the early 1990's inhibited and to a large extent prohibited further mineral exploration of the area during that period.

In 1983 subsequent to the reporting by the OGS of a gold occurrence in Huronian quarts pebble conglomerate, Golden Shield Resources undertook a regional mapping program that included the northern portion of North Williams Township. In the early 1990's, Asquith Resources held the ground in the immediate vicinity of the North Williams gold-copper occurrence. They under took a limited program of IP surveying.

Around 19# the entire package of claims was staked eventually that included the original footprint of the older exploration area(s) on behalf of, Archie LaCarte. Darlene Stubbs was a beneficial partner in the ownership of the parcels. And continued to work alongside Mr. LaCarte & assisted in the assessment filing to keep the claims in good standing as they are now numbered on the North Williams claim maps today.

Current Historical Finding: dated 1994 to 2009

In 1994 Extensive Stripping & Trenching( 5 trenches in total) was undertaken throughout the claim package by Archie LaCarte to further identify the location & depth of the copper discovery. After the discovery of a "copper pit" J.C.lreland-resident geologist of Cobalt at the time, examined the pit and his findings and observations were published in the OGS Open File Report 5943.

The claims were optioned to Falconbridge Umited November 1995. They would have reported their findings as a matter of record, during their 1996 exploration period. They completed a magnetometer & IP survey over a cut grid. The property was also tested with six vertical diamond drill holes totaling 355 meters. Although they reported interesting gold values, the gold mineralization was not considered to be "a target" that was suited to "their copper exploration mandate" and the option was forfeited. They were concentrated on the copper aspect to enhance their portfolio of copper holdings, and although the property contained copper values, they were not significant enough to stand on their own.

In 1998 the claims were re-optioned to Orogrande Resources which undertook a winter exploration program also a matter of record. Within their reporting, the gold and copper values were significantly enhanced, held within a hydrothermal setting. They were described in their report as; 4780ppm Cu, and 8.37 gt Au. Recorded within the "Discover Pit". It was a well written report pulling all the different aspects of the property together.

A follow up program was recommended to be undertaken too "further sample the property". It was also recommended that a diamond drill program be initiated, to test the structures & areas interpreted as having high potential. Comments by; Walter Hanych, geologist for OroGrandeApril- 1998. The claims were dropped due to economic times within the mining community as a whole, and the recommendations were not acted upon.

In June 2007 under a new option, this time with NorOnt Resources, a different area of focus was established to be pursued that would identify the strength of the discovery area to contain Uranium. Often referred to, but not yet sufficiently explored for that mineral content, NorOnt initiated and completed an airborne Magneto meter & radio metric survey over and beyond the claim boundaries, The total work value assigned to the above claims & others not listed above, but still within the larger package of assembled claims to be explored, was, $20,654.00.

Levels of Uranium, Thorium and Potassium were reported and catalogued and filed Oct 15 2007, on claim #'s 3008940, 3008932, 1213808, and claim (# 3008928 which has just been restaked Sept 15.2009). The geologist of record was David Graham.

Current application for assessment filing contains both prospecting and sampling for assay reporting as suggested should be carried out, and brushing of lines of new growth in order to enhance access to the claim groups. Currently North Williams Township has become an area of interest in other parts of the township, which has resulted in other lands being put under option. There has been some inquiry made, as to my claim group, and a request for up to date assay- sampling. This assessment filing ( submission), is the result.

Claim # 3008932 was brushed out. Claim # 4225634 was brushed out and sampled in order to indentify a new area to trench-not yet filed, but to be filed soon.

Claim #'s 3008940, 4247787, & 4247769 were sampled.

2days of "prospecting "see traverse map have been claimed on claim #4247787 @ $150.00per day x two people as I was assisted by an individual who supplied the GPS tracking devise and mapping grid, also attached. This submission, as been revised & initialed, as a result, on claim #4247787.

Directions to the Property:

Please refer to the maps attached. The "narrative" is as follows.

Proceeding from the town of Gowganda located on Hwy 560, proceed West on Hwy 560 about Y2 hour to Bay Lumber road and proceed South approx approx 31 klms to just North of the Tracey Lake area. The Bay Lumber road travels southerly, through the entire group of claims. Sampling was done by walking off the road into each claim group and by Prospecting the prospective area within each claim group that was sampled.

This completes the narrative of th . tory of the properties contained within this submission and the directions to the claim grou t e Iv~ssessment filing purposes.

Darlene Stubbs Sept 16th 2009. / ~ P.S. This report is being faxed and w ollowed up with a colored presentation to be mailed to the ministry and retained by them in color, next week. Thank you, Deborah and Jim (McCauley) for your kind assistance, direction, and co-operation. It is greatly appreciated.
