History of Nextage Diamond Realty

Tony and Stephanie Brown opened the first Nextage office in Philadelphia, PA on August 1, 2011 – Nextage Diamond Realty.

Nextage Diamond Realty is dedicated to a customer centric focus. We train all of our associates to offer Quality Service by Professional Agents - QSPA™.

We offer top quality training and coaching in our conference room, which is also used to host our Business Opportunity Presentations (BOPs).

Aside from agent interest, consumers will also come to appreciate the top-tier service our company provides. Our business model allows us to serve our clients with a team approach where we’re all working towards the same goal – a smooth and successful transaction. Our vision statement, “Your success is Ours’, truly says it all.

With an evolutionary new business model and the most innovative compensation plan in the industry, Nextage Diamond Realty will capture the interest of real estate professionals who want to “build a business, not just do business”. ™

The way the real estate industry currently operates just doesn’t work anymore. Agents simply move from one transaction to the next, never establishing any foundation to support their future. The Nextage business model is the solution for the next generation of real estate. It is built on the TEAM concept. We truly do work here as a team at Nextage Diamond Realty. Our agents are glad to assist other Nextage agents in any way possible – we all benefit from each other’s successes through brand recognition and personal growth.

To learn more about the Nextage Business Model, please visit our corporate recruiting website www.NextageAdvantage.com or our Philadelphia office website at www.NextageDiamond.com Feel free to contact anyone on our team if you have any questions about the Nextage Opportunity.

In April 2011, after researching several real estate business opportunities, the Browns decided on Nextage Realty International and purchased the rights to franchise in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. On August 1, 2011, they opened the doors to, Nextage Diamond Realty, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Tony and Stephanie also own and operate Diamond Referral Group, a Limited Function Referral Organization (LIFRO) – an independently licensed real estate company that is authorized by Nextage Realty International to sponsor licensed real estate agents who are not actively involved in real estate marketing but who refer real estate sales leads to various Nextage franchises. LIFRO agents also recruit new real estate agents who become active real estate agents with various Nextage franchises.
