Users, Positions

• Look to use a position hierarchy. Design the approval process to be based on a user rather than a specific user. This will make the workflow more scalable

• By default it will refer to theposition hierarchy with a hierarchy type of ‘Line’

• For other hierarchies applicable to the workflow , the hierarchy needs to be assigned to the workflow … next slide

Approvers / reviewers will see the task on the workspace.They can also be notified viaemail
