Terms and Conditions 條款及細則

1. Vouchers will be delivered to designated commerical/residential address within 7 working days (except Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays) once the order is confirmed and payment settled. 禮券將於訂單確認及核實付款後的 7 個工作天內(不包括星期六、日及公眾假期)安排送遞。

2. For urgent order processing (3~5 working days after confirmation of order), extra $100 should be charged. 如要求急件處理 (確認訂單後的 3~5 個工作天內收到禮券)，需收取 HK$100 附加費。

3. If the payment is settled by cheque (cheque payable to “General Mills Hong Kong Limited”). Cheque should be deposited to GMHK HSBC account (HSBC account no. 111-498234-001) through the cheque deposit machine after order confirmation from GMHK. The order reference no. provided by GMHK should be input at the customer reference column. 5. A confirmation call will be given within 2 working days upon fax received. In case you do not hear from us, please call 2629 6175 (Mon-Fri. 10:00am-12:30pm & 2:30pm-7:00pm. 6. Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed and the amount paid will not be refunded. 訂購一經確認，恕不可取消或更改，已繳付之款項亦將不獲退還。

9. For any unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided, General Mills Hong Kong Ltd. will not responsible for any refund or re-issue of vouchers in case the vouchers have been returned, HK$50 surcharge will be applied for re-delivery. 如因訂購人提供不全面或不正確之資料而導致送遞文件遺失，General Mills Hong Kong Ltd. 將不會負上任何責任及不會退還已繳付之款項和重

13. All Fondue Vouchers are valid to be redeemed at designated Hong Kong Häagen-Dazs™ Shops. 所有雪糕火鍋券適用於指定的香港 Häagen-Dazs™ 專門店換領。

14. Each Takeaway Ice Cream Fondue Set contains a complimentary new pot set and 4 pieces of Fondue fork (except 2 pieces of fork for Petite set). 每套外賣雪糕火鍋均免費附送搪瓷火鍋爐一個及火鍋叉四支(除精點套裝只有火鍋叉兩支外)。

15. All fondue redemption reservation must be made by phone to designated shop one day in advance. 所有雪糕火鍋券必須於換領雪糕火鍋前一天致電指定的香港 Ha agen-Dazs™ 專門店預訂。

16. All vouchers are valid only with authorized stamp, originals only and invalid if presented after the expiry date. 所有售賣或獲贈之禮券需有授權印鑑方為有效。過期即作廢無效。

17. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with Häagen-Dazs™Star Club Card, VIP Club Card, Privilege Card, cash coupon and any other promotional offers. 優惠不可與 Häagen-Dazs™ Star Club 卡、VIP Club 卡、Privilege 卡、現金券及其他推廣優惠一併使用。
