List of projects and work scopes: 1. Langsat Terminal One & Two MOV & Wireless Project In Tanjung

Langsat Terminal Pasir Gudang, Johor.

1.1. Prepare material take off for instrumentation scopes.

1.2. Prepare data sheet for instrument equipment i.e. pressure transmitter,

level switch and limit switch.

1.3. Design cable block diagram, cable schedule for the Motor Operated Valve

(MOV).

1.4. Involve during installation for existing hand valves with varies sizes to pair

with new actuator by Rotork (retrofitting work).

1.5. Involve during installation for Emerson wireless instrument equipment.

1.6. In charge in commissioning & testing to tie in the new MOV with the

existing Pakscan system and add in new loop for the MOV.

1.7. Involve in commissioning & testing Emerson wireless instrument

equipment etc: pressure transmitter, level switch and limit switch.

2. Engineering, Procurement & Construction for Langsat Terminal (LGT)

Pipeline Extension.

2.1. Involve in preparing data sheet for instrument equipments etc: pressure

gauge, temperature transmitter and temperature control valve.

2.2. In charge to clarify & evaluate with vendors technically with all the related

instrument equipments in the project.

2.3. Design the cable block diagram, cable schedule, cable routing drawing

and termination drawing for the instrument equipment involved.

2.4. Prepare the material take off for the instrument scopes of work.

3. Pengerang Fabrication Yard

3.1. Design scope involved is Fire Alarm system: Design cable routing,

prepare cable schedule and termination drawing.

3.2. In charge in technical clarification & evaluation for the fire alarm system.

3.3. Oversee the installation, commissioning and testing for the fire alarm

system.

3.4. Involved in the Bomba inspection for the fire alarm system also the fire

water pump functionality.
