• Staff met regularly to discuss the development of the partnership;
• Strong rationales and commitment from partners;• Reviewed the design of programmes to ensure young
people engaged in activities devised to help them understand the world of work;
• Explored, built upon, and deepened, pupil interest in specific employment sectors; and
• Planned for the effective use of high quality, industry-standard resources to develop relevant essential skills and attributes.
