(HML) on behalf of the Hitmusiclin k Music Festival herei n known as The Festival at Main Street, Clifton, TX 76634 and _________________herein referred to as Vendor. The Festival agrees to pr ovide the following: A. 10 x 10 booth space located on the Festival grounds at Main Street, C lifton,T X 76634. Vendor location to be determined by the Festival. B. 2 Festival Vendor Passes for Vendors representatives during the hours of operation as specified in our vendor letter attached. Vendor to supply their ow n 10 x 10 pop up, Tables and Chairs. Pop up tent must be approved by Festival. Additional Vendor Passes can be purchased at our general admission ticket price. 2. Vendor to provide the following: A. All Merc handise, Promotional and Display material necessary for Vendors line of business. B. Staffing *Vendor shall comply with all terms and conditions as provided for in The Festival Vendor letter attached. 3. Vendor will hold the festival and venue harmless of all liabilities as a r esult of vendor¶s activities or representations at the festival. Please check which type of booth you are signing up for and remit payment accordingly. Retail Boo th $200.00 _________ Fo od Booth $ 150.00 ________ Corporate b ooth (10x20) $ 500 .00________ *The festival reserves the right to change the designation for your booth according to th e information provided. Should we change you designation we will inform you immediately at which point vendor may have the option to withdraw from the event if new status is not acceptable. Please make checks payable to HML Entertainment, LLC. and mail to the above address. If vendor booth is part of a sponsorship agreement, booth space will be supplied according to the terms of your sponsorship agreement. Vendor agrees to assume all liabilities in connection with Vendor¶s presence at th e festival and hold the festival harmless of any actions in connection with the actions of the vendor¶s staff and sale, advertising and promotion of any of th e vendors merchandise or products... If you are a food vendor you will need t o send a copy of your current health or catering permit.
