This was a boutique project with an existing DA of 46 townhouses. The
project was a resounding success selling out in four months from launch and
prior to any civil works commencing due to its excellent location. The product
was launched with ducted air-conditioning, porcelain tiles, stone bench tops
and timber flooring exuding luxury

NerangService Stat ion Development
Commenced: November 2015
Completed: April 2016
Nerang Service station was a part of a subdivision. We procured Caltex on a
15 year lease with options through to 2046. Zambrero’s have a drive through
located on site with a 10 year lease plus options to 2036 and a five year lease
for Sunshine Kebabs. A signage lease was signed that extended out to 2040.
The site was rated an A+ site for quality and positioned off the M1 motorway
on the Gold Coast.
2-10 RIVERVIEW ROAD, NERANG
Underwood3 Bedroom Townhouses
Commenced: January 2010
Completed: May 2013
This parcel of land was bought and Subdivided into 2 lots. We obtained a DA
and proceeded to construct 46 townhouses on the site. The townhouses were
sold as a preferred NRAS stock during the GFC and investors are still profiting
from this incentive. Due to high demand for rentals in the area and quality of
build stock was sold out during the GFC with no issues.

Aspley3 Bedroom Townhouses

We purchased a 27-townhouse existing DA and modified it to modernise the
