Yes No Important Notes & Reminders: • Contact the Harbormaster’s Ofﬁce at (727) 298-3030, in advance ASAP, if you need a transient slip before or after the parade. • Every boat MUST HAVE a VHF Radio capable of operating on channels 16, 68 and 72. NO EXCEPTIONS. • Participants may not dress as Santa. • Mandatory Captains Meeting will be held at Marker 1 Marina on Saturday, December 1, 4:00pm. Boat numbers will be assigned and distributed at this meeting, so plan ahead. • Holiday Boat Parade Awards Party: All boaters are invitied to the Dunedin Boat Club immediately following the parade. Celebrate with us and receive your awards right after the parade. Hold Harmless Agreement: In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Holiday Boat Parade and being fully knowledgeable of the risks of boating/sailing, I (we) agree to and will at all times indemnify, save and hold harmless Marker 1 Marina, Dunedin Boat Club, City of Dunedin and their representatives and volunteers in the performance of their duties from all liability, claims, demands, damages and cost of every kind and nature, including attorneys’ fees at trial or appellate levels and all court costs arising out of injury or death of persons, and damage to any and all property resulting from or in any manner arising out of or in connection with my (our) participation in the Holiday Boat Parade.
