Holiday Hang Glider Materials: Scissors Stapler Glue Pipe cleaners Fishing line or dental floss Instructions: Scout elves are known for flying back and forth to the North Pole, and sometimes they like to fly around your home, too! To create a fun hang glider that can soar from room to room, your elf will: 1. Cut out the glider wings on the next pages. 2. Fold along the dotted lines. 3. Staple the folded flaps together to connect the two glider wings. 4. Glue pipe cleaners to the back of the wings to make them sturdier. 5. Poke holes on either side of the logo (marked with X’s) and insert pipe cleaners through the holes. 6. Fold the pipe cleaners under their arms. 7.
