Subject: Holiday Music and Giving
During this special time of year, Humanity and the Importance of the Arts and Giving is essential. Many underprivileged needy individuals and families require the bare essentials such as food and clothing.
Huntsville’s Tennessee Valley Jazz Society asks that you join us with HEND, which stands for Human Essentials Needs Drive!
On Friday, December 19, 2014 from 10-12noon at the Von Braun Center, Arts Council offices, the Tennessee Valley Jazz Society All Stars will play holiday tunes and Christmas carols for your appreciation, while the community brings food, clothing, toys, blankets and donations.
During the end of the year holiday season, businesses heavily depend on strong sales to ensure their business profits for the year; friends and families get together to exchange gifts and celebrate the reason for the season and community services agencies, houses of worship and other organizations encourage giving, sharing and showing love.
We ask that you give, share and show love to other less fortunate then yourself and support
