Once we capture as much wind as possible, we then have to convert that wind energy into first mechanical energy and ultimately into electrical energy.

We build our turbines based on the wind tunnel studies done at our development facility in Palm Coast, FL. We used a 400 HP airboat motor and an 80” four bladed propeller. This

gave us a range of wind speeds from a few miles per hour to 175 MPH wind. We then worked for two years optimizing the shape of the blades and their relationship to each other.

We pioneered welding the aluminum blades to a strong platform and the powder coating the whole assembly. We worked on making sure the unit could handle hurricane force winds with ease.

Finally, we developed the passive magnetic levitation system that supported everything. With the zero cogging generator having no wear parts, a strong magnetically levitated turbine, and the certified performance; we were ready to meet any need.
