As one of her two direct line manager, Jackie and I have been involved in setting up several months’ worth of social media posts, producing blog posts for the website and ensuring the smooth running of our supporter communications. As a new member of staff myself, I frequently relied on her to produce pieces of work quickly, responding to the rapidly changing needs of the charity while we learned about the organisation together.
