Unpack the mirror carefullyLay all the parts out ready for assembly

Base Assembly

Step 3: Use Allen Wrench #4 to unscrew Hex Screws #3 from bottom of mirror frame

Step 4: Attach Base #2 to bottom of mirror frame using 6 Hex Screws #3

Step 5: Screw in LED bulbs #1

Step 6: Connect adapter cord #7 to DC jack on the side of the mirror

Step 7: Plug power adapter #7 to electrical outlet

Wall Installation

#1 14-G60 LED bulbs

Step 1:(Caution) Turn off electric circuit

Step 2: Measure the 2 Keyhole Hangers #8 on the rear of the mirror

Step 3: Choose drywall location to install the mirror

Step 4: Drill small hole in drywall. Insert anchor #8. Insert screw #8 into anchor leaving the

screw head protruding 1/8"from the wall

Step 5: Lift mirror carefully into required location

Step 6: Install the LED bulbs #1

Step 7: Connect adapter cord #7 to DC jack on the side of the mirror

Step 8: Plug power adapter #7 to electrical outlet

Step 9: Turn on circuit
