New Bardic Miracles (Holy Songs)
The Bard, while a versatile character class, is limited in the number of Holy songs he has in his
repertoire. These new Bardic Holy Songs will expand that selection. A Bardic song does not
necessarily need to be a song per se, it can be a psalm, hymn, musical only piece, or poem, the
actual holy prayer is embedded in the action by that particular Bard at the time of casting. A
Bard may perform how they choose to affect the miracle, but concentration on the prayer is
the same regardless and the casting of a Bardic Holy Song does not allow any other action other
than normal walking or simple movements. Other actions, such as running, fighting etc, will
need to be adjudicated by the RAC as the situation develops.
Song of Accuracy
FP Cost: 4
Affect: Self or Other
Distance: 10 per PF level
Duration: 1 round per PF level
Description: This song allows you or an ally a moment of great martial ability, guiding a weapon to strike
home with precision. The next Attack made (before the duration runs out) is granted a +5 bonus. If a 20
is rolled then it is an automatic kill. If no Attack is made then the effect is wasted.
Song of Awe
FP Cost: 6Affect: Other
Distance: 10 per PF level
Duration: Instant
Description: Through your song you proclaim the majesty and power of your faith. The target is
overcome with its power and is staggered. If the target fails the Save vs Miracles, it will continue to be
staggered until a save is made or the Bard wills the effect to end.
Song of Eloquence
FP Cost: 2
Affect: Other
Distance: 10 per PF level
Duration: 1 round per PF levelDescription: This song provides a fascinating story of grace love, causing the target to do nothing but
listen. The target is so fascinated that they do not take notice of anything that is taking place around
them. If anything causes the target any DAM then they get a Save vs Miracles at +3 to break free from
the songs hold.

Song of Entanglement
FP Cost: 4
Affect: Other
Distance: 10 per PF level
Duration: 1 round per PF level
Description: This song creates a golden rope-like substance that entangles the target, it will affect flying
as well as those not standing on solid ground. A flying creature or one not standing on solid ground will
be pulled to the ground (taking no damage). The ropes will hold and entangle the target so that they
are helpless and unable to do anything (Attack/move) except speak or use bite/breath weapons.
Song of Madness
FP Cost: 4
Affect: Other
Distance: 10 per PF level
Duration: 1 round per PF level
Description: This is a sermon on evil and madness. The target is confused, it a successful Save vs
Miracles is made then the effect ends. A confused target is -1 per PF of the Bard for all
Attribute/Ability/Skill rolls for the duration.
Song of Peace
FP Cost: 4
Affect: Other
Distance: 10 per PF level
Duration: 1 round per PF level
Description: This song locks a single weapon in place, either on the ownersbody, within a sheath or
holster, on a table or in a weapons rack etc. Anyone who attempts to draw the weapon must spend an
extra round trying to overcome the miracle. The target must make a successful STR roll with a -1 per PF
of the Bard in order to break the weapon free. This miracle will also work if the weapon is a natural
weapon, such as a claw or tail, but still only affects one arm/claw/tail, mouth etc. The weapon isinstantly free when the duration ends.
Song of Protection
FP Cost: 2
Affect: Self or Other
Distance: 10 per PF level
Duration: 1 round per PF level
Description: Through this song you proudly proclaim your faith and assurance in its protection. The
target gets a +1 bonus on Saves/DEF/DOD rolls per the Bards PF. This effect ends when the bonus is
used regardless of the remaining duration.
Song of Righteousness
FP Cost: 6
Affect: Other
Distance: 10 per PF level
Duration: 1 round per PF level
Description: This song makes an evil target more susceptible to the Attacks of any good creature. If the
target is evil, it takes double damage from attacks made by creatures of good. The target must Save vs
Miracles or also be dazed for 1d4 rounds. If the target is not evil then there is no effect.

Note: The RAC has the final determination of what constitutes evil and good, unless use of the
optional Virtue Attribute is in use.
Song of Sight

Distance: 10 per PF level
Duration: 1 round per PF level
Description: This song reveals the unseen to you. The target can clearly see invisible creatures and
objects within the range (10 per Bards PF).
Song of Sloth
FP Cost: 3
Affect: Other
Distance: 10 per PF level
Duration: 1 round per PF level
Description: This song speaks of the sin of slothfulness and slows the targets defenses. The target
cannot Defend or Dodge or cast magical spells defensively. The target can still Attack normally but theytake a -1 per Bards PF to their Advantage rolls for the duration.
Song of Vengeance
FP Cost: 4
Affect: Other
Distance: 10 per PF level
Duration: 1 round per PF level
Description: This song causes the enemy to feel the pain of any attack with even greater clarity and
sharpness. Any attack on the target during the duration will cause an additional +1 DAM per PF of the
Bard.
Song of Warding
FP Cost: 4
Affect: Self or Other
Distance: 10 per PF level
Duration: 1 round per PF level
Description: With this song, you become more aware of your opponents combat skills, actions and
abilities for a short time. The targets DOD/DEF are increased equal to the Bards PF for one round. The
DOD/DEF is not affected by AtR or hits taken during the duration of the miracle.
Song of Weakness
FP Cost: 2
Affect: Other
Distance: 10 per PF level
Duration: 1 round per PF level
Description: This song proclaims the target to be weak, feeble and unable to fight. The target is
exhausted for 1 round. If the target succeeds in a Save vs Miracles, it is merely fatigued instead.
Exhausted targets are at -3 per the Bards PF for all rolls, Fatigued targets are -1 per PF for all rolls.
