We offer a long trial period to ensure clients get to know their employee before offering a permanent contract.7. We mediate during the trial period (if required) to help smooth out any minor problems.8. We show clients how to complete all the online contributions for their employee.

Our careful and comprehensive evaluations of both our client and applicant needs allow us to successfully match candidates to positions.

We handpick only the applicants that suit our clients’ requirements and arrange interviews at their convenience.

All our candidates complete a comprehensive questionnaire in order for us to gather information that is important to the client.

They are obliged to have a permanent visa, provide information for background checks and, where possible, supply references from previous employers.

We can provide nanas, housekeepers, and other full-time domestic staff.

As well as providing long term employees, we also provide babysitters for occasional care, and translators to help communication with a non-English speaker.

Nanas and Housekeepers

A housekeeper will attend to different tasks around the home such as cleaning, ironing, washing, etc., and is ideal for individuals or couples with no children, or whose families have grown up. Typical duties include cleaning, washing, ironing, shopping, cooking etc. Nanas carry out similar household management but also help the parent(s) to look after the children.Applicants usually range from 25 to 65 years of age and are chosen for their amenable dispositions and commitment to their job. They are usually non drivers and do not speak much English.

Translation Services Whenever you need to converse, in Spanish, with a non-English speaker whether it is at home or in an official capacity, our expert will be at your side to ensure that there are no misunderstandings and that your time is not wasted trying to explain your requirements.

BabysittersOur babysitters do everything possible to ensure the safekeeping and comfort of children in their care during the absence of the parents.
