Sanction is hereby accorded to the Placement ofShri Naseer Ahmad, SSP (Telecom) as IjC Director, PoliceTelecommunication, in his own pay and grade with chargeallowance as admissible under rules, for a period of sixmonths or till the post is filled up on a regular basis.

The above arrangement is made purely in theinterest of administration on stop gap basis and shall notconfer any preferential claim on the officer for promotion,which shall be made strictly in accordance with the Jammuand Kashmir Police (Gazetted) Service Recruitment Rules,2002, read with SRO-209 dated 21st June, 2012. Further, theplacement is subject to the outcome of writ petition(s), if any,pending consideration before any court of competentjurisdiction.
