t is impossible to talk about packaging without considering some of its main components. The world of packaging adhesives is a key theme for all operators in the supply chain and is an aspect

of absolute importance for packaging end users, especially when ap-plied to the food sector.

“Adhesives Day” features a moment of encounter exclusively dedica-ted to adhesives as a product, with the aim of addressing applicable techniques and sciences, together with laws and good manufacturing practi ces.

The Conference will alternate moments of in-depth analysis, covering the criti cal aspects of the safety objecti ves of food contact packaging. Hence legislati ve and analyti cal profi les, aimed at guaranteeing the needs of the food product to be packaged, and other moments, whe-re the subject matt er will be the innovati on of research on safe and also eco-friendly adhesives, as well as progress in industrializati on at the service of packaging.

A broad sweeping approach will be applied, yet nevertheless centring on the objecti ve of off ering parti cipants a comprehensive support to bett er understand the world of packaging adhesives, whatever their perspecti ve of observati on: raw materials producers, converters, users and test laboratories.

The Conference will provide useful practi cal operati onal tools for transfer to companies, leaving broad space for a constructi ve deba-te between speakers and parti cipants.
