    Investigate: Why am I having

    these feelings? What is going on

    for me right now?

    Nurture: What do I need right now? Can I give myself

    permission to meet my own needs? How can I make this

    situation more manageable for me? Do I need a hug / to

    cry it out / a friend?

    If you are procrastinating- ask yourself 'why am I putting this

    off?'

    If you can't have a designated workspace, ensure you

    determine one room (like your bedroom) where you are NOT

    allowed to work.
