When you only have15 seconds to make a first impression you want it to be your best. Andwhen home buyers are looking on the Internet at real estate listings youhave about 15 seconds to impress them. So, why would you try to sellyour home without cleaning it, de-cluttering it, or without staging it?

Ahome stager will give you that competitive edge so your home standsout from the competition, selling faster and for top dollar! For homeowners, it is very important to realize just how little time a buyer givesa home to impress them before they move onto the next listing.

• 90% of potential home buyers start their search on the Internetbefore ever stepping out with their Realtor. MLS photos are what drawbuyers to your house so make sure they represent the best of your homeinside and out.

• On average, buyers make a decision about your home within thefirst 15 seconds - that first impression is critical to selling your homeor sitting on the market becoming stale.
