COMDEX 2000 HomeRF booth -- 20’x20’The HomeRF “house” got much more attention than turn-key booths and was promoted in the Show Daily as a “must see.” At one point we had three film crews tripping over themselves to cover HomeRF. We need at least that level of buzz this year.

• Largest Technology Show in North America– Over 200,000 attendees, although growth is starting to slow

– Over 10,000 service providers attended last yearThese RBOCs, MSOs, ISPs and ASPs are an important HomeRF audience.

• Good show for press & analyst relations. – We did in-booth interviews with reporters, an hour-long Internet Radio

interview, and at one point even had three different TV film crews in the booth doing interviews. We also participated in evening press events.

• Good show for speakers.– Conference sessions can easily have standing room only with 200-300

attendees with enough interest in the specific topic to miss out on "exhibits time." The HomeRF WG has already nominated several topics for the eMobility conference, but you are welcome to nominate your own.
