+ Determined by a Committee

You will want to join:

http://www.hslda.org/Default.asp?bhcp=1

and/or possibly Texas Home School Coalition. I prefer Homeschool Legal Defense but I am a member of both.

Based on the requirements, you will design a degree plan /high school plan and design a transcript from this.

For recordkeeping I suggest this program which we have used to keep all our records and grades.

http://www.homeschoolminder.com/ I have used them for over a year.

This will help you get started. Let me know if you have any questions.
