“As soon as we saw them we liked them. They are near to everything, with a retail park close by and the town centre just down the road. Plus they have great links to the A303. “We didn’t realise just how big the house was until we moved our stuff in. We had been renting a two bedroom house and didn’t think the difference would be that noticeable but we have lots more space now. Plus we now get to have a brand new house which we can make our own and have the security of the NHBC warranty.” Frankie and Hayley bought a 50% share in their three bedroom house which cost them £92,500. They were previously renting a smaller two bedroom house but now they are £100 better off each month. “We are very happy with how everything has turned out, we moved in on Harry’s first birthday and showed off our new home with a party. Sentinel have been great, our sales adviser Sean was there for us every step of the way. All the literature was always in plain English and Sean made sure that we understood every stage of the process. We have been telling all our friends they should do it too!”
