Evelyn Leadbetter joined the HomeTown Health Florida Division in December, 2014. A native of Dahlonega, Georgia, Evelyn completed her Bachelors in Business Administration at the University of North Georgia, as well as her Masters in Public Administration and Disaster Management at Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia. She also continued her graduate studies in Disaster Management at the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s Emergency Management Institute. Her experience in healthcare, emergency preparedness and community support has enabled her to better serve as the Network Services Manager for HomeTown Health’s Florida Division. As an advocate for rural health growth, development and sustainability, Evelyn also collaborates with HomeTown Health University in the successful development and implementation of a Disaster Management Program; facilitating disaster mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery education

throughout rural healthcare environments. Evelyn recently relocated to Yulee, Florida with her husband, Ray, and daughter, Ellenoir.

Jimmy Lewis has roots in rural South Georgia where he was born in Cordele, Georgia. Having graduated high school in Cordele, he attended Middle Georgia College and then Auburn University. He received a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Auburn. Jimmy has held senior management positions in six fortune five hundred companies. He has been instrumental in passing key rural legislation and regulation for hospital based nursing homes, state merit, PPS and critical access hospitals. All of these have been key to the survival of rural hospitals and rural health care in Georgia. Under his leadership, HomeTown Health has grown to a Georgia-based virtual company where 60+ hospital members and 60 business partners cumulatively have over $800 million in sales. HomeTown Health activities range from the identification of best practice solutions, to education, collective purchasing, developing managed care strategies, reimbursement advocacy, as well as legislative representation. HomeTown Health's efforts have been very instrumental in saving many of Georgia's rural hospitals. Jimmy is married with two

grown sons. He and his wife, June, live in Cumming, Georgia.

Michele Madison is a partner at Morris, Manning & Martin and serves in the firm’s Healthcare Practice, where she provides general legal advice to health systems in various regulatory and business matters. She also works with information technology companies and advises clients on compliance with regulations and industry standards. Michele has specific experience in negotiating contractual agreements between healthcare providers and service providers, interpreting and advising health systems on regulations applicable to the healthcare industry, and providing regulatory advice with a focus on Stark, An -Kickback and HIPAA. She also has key experience and expertise in Compliance programs providing advice for compliance with state and federal regulations and regularly draws and negotiates agreements with hospitals, physicians, managed care organizations and ancillary service providers, as well as contractual agreements for vendors with an emphasis on information technology, purchasing and lease agreements. Michele also works with electronic medical record vendors and personal health record providers. She

is a graduate of Georgia State University and The University of Georgia School of Law.

Susannah Cowart joined Hometown in April 2013 as Customer Relations Coordinator for the Florida Division. A native of Tifton, Georgia, she attended Abraham Baldwin College and continued to Brenau Women’s College in Gainesville, Georgia. Serving in a critical access hospital for 8 years, Susannah has diverse

healthcare experience in materials management, marketing and community relations. Susannah and her husband, Jake, currently reside in Sebring, Florida.

Meghan Williams is the Customer Relations Coordinator for HomeTown Health University. Meghan joined the HTHU staff in May 2012 and is responsible for coordinating social media for HomeTown Health & HTHU, website development and maintenance, education reporting for subscribers, education course review, as well as coordination of sales/marketing/retention for HTHU. After graduating from Early County High School in Blakely, GA, Meghan completed a B.A. in Speech Communications from the University of Georgia. Meghan’s career in healthcare began as a Human Resources Director in southwest Georgia where she was responsible for all aspects of employee relations, payroll/benefits, workers compensation, annual education development and training, as well as serving as the HIPAA Compliance Officer. She also served as an active member of the hospital authority’s volunteer group. Meghan lives with her husband, Michael, and

daughters, Hayley and Bowen, in Bluffton, GA. Together their family comprises Clearwater Ministries, a faith-based ministry, and serve at Bluffton Baptist Church.

Karie Spence has served as the HR Director at Hospital Authority of Miller County since 2013, following other HR work in rural communities. Prior to healthcare, Karie was an HR Recruiter with Technical Associates in Albany GA, and an Office Manager in Arlington and Valdosta, GA. Karie has earned a BS from Troy State

University and an MPA from Valdosta State University. Karie is married and a mother of three children, ages 14,12, and 7.

Clay Jones is the Chief Human Resource Officer and Regional Operations Executive for ERH Healthcare, a hospital management group with a system of four rural hospitals in the state of Georgia. Clay’s career has included Human Capital leadership positions in Major Academic, Profit, Non-Profit and System Hospital roles throughout the Southeast. Throughout Clay’s healthcare journey in Human Resources he has placed a significant value on training and development. As an experienced facilitator for both MBTI, Conflict Mgmt, HR, Process Improvement, Customer Service and Business Development, Clay is always intrigued by the group dynamics and challenges of live adult instruction. In 2016, Clay completed an Executive Master’s Degree in Health Administration, and is currently completing his Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma and is a member of the HomeTown Health Leadership class. Clay is the proud father of one son, Judah, and blessed to be celebrating

Bartley R. Miller comes from a strong pedigree of Atlanta insurance professionals. He works with a passion to help his professional practices, businesses, and not-for profit entities manage their insurance goals. If you ask his clients they will tell you that his main concern is adding value and worth to every relationship he joins. Since joining Sterling in 2006 and becoming a Principal in 2010, Bartley has become one of Sterling's fastest growing insurance professionals. Bartley received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia, with a major in Risk Management and Insurance. While at the University of Georgia he was a starting offensive lineman, three year letterman, and was named to the All SEC Academic Football Team. He is a member of The Gridiron Secret Society. While growing up in Atlanta, Bartley attended Holy Innocents' Episcopal School and then went on to graduate from The Marist School. He was selected as a 2016 Football and Basketball inductee into Marist's Blue and Gold Athletic Circle. Bartley is dedicated to giving back to his community through speaking to youth groups, educational groups, and athletic teams. His passion for football still burns bright as a volunteer assistant football coach at The Marist School since 2007. In addition he is a volunteer youth sports coach at Northside Youth Organization - NYO. Also highly involved in his church community, Bartley attends Peachtree Road United Methodist Church and has served as a facilitator in their Disciple I program and a member of the Staff/Parish

Committee. Bartley lives in Sandy Springs with his wife Allyson and their children John, Harrison and Reagan.

Chris Kelley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from UMASS in 2003. Since 2008, Chris has worked as a loss control consultant for a national insurance carrier in Georgia before joining Amerisure in 2011. He has experience across many industries including manufacturing, construction, distribution centers, healthcare and retail operations. He has developed a strong background across all commercial lines of insurance coverage. These have included a focus on workers compensation, general liability and auto liability. Chris also has hands-on knowledge and experience with conducting safety audits, hazard analysis and consulting clients on how to establish effective cultural change within their organizations. Chris has proven to be an effective safety trainer through extensive experience as a lead trainer for various safety courses. He obtained the designation of Associate Safety Professional in 2011. He received his OSHA authorized trainer status for Construction in May 2013 and General Industry in May of 2014. He has provided workers training and skill sets required to be a Competent Person

in multiple disciplines. These include fall protection, excavation/trenching and scaffolds safety.

David Glass is the Director of the Georgia Primary Care Office (PCO) in the Georgia Department of Community Health’s State Office of Rural Health (SORH). Mr. Glass administers the National Rural Recruitment and Retention Network (3RNet), J-1 Visa Waiver Program, and National Health Service Corps (NHSC) site review and monitoring for the state of Georgia. He also maintains supervisory responsibility for the State’s Medically Underserved Area (MUA) and Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA) designations for Primary Care, Dental, and Mental Health. Mr. Glass oversees a range of programs and grants focused on the development of primary care access points, including federally qualified health centers (FQHC), rural health clinics (RHC), and school-based telehealth centers. Mr. Glass is a

native of rural Georgia and a graduate of Georgia Southern University.

Donna Salyer has served as the Business Development Executive for Iron Mountain since 2017. Donna's is responsible for identifying and working with customers to discover and translate their unique needs into innovative solutions for document retention and successful health information management of physical and digital records throughout their lifecycle. She assists clients in ensuring that their retention schedule meets compliance standards, is cost effective, and that related risks

are managed.

Jennifer Mangino joined Hyland in 2011 as a member of the sales team. She focuses on sales enablement and education for our sales team and partners, with a mission of providing expertise in guiding customers through the buying process. Jennifer earned a Master of Business Administration from Malone University. She

resides in Cleveland’s Ohio City and is passionate about exploring the amazing parks of Northeast Ohio and embracing all that the #HylandLife has to offer.
