Make sure you write your weekly words out in your Homework Book. If you find an exciting way to learn your spelling words ie: to write them in rainbow writing or write them out in your left hand, or from the end of the word to the start. Make sure you tell us about it on the blog. We would love to hear bout your ideas. You might also like to try the spelling activities on the blog or at: www.spellingcity.com Spelling bles Looking at the things that we have been learning in maths, have a look at 2 things that you still need to get better at and practise this skill over the fortnight. You will need to show me in your maths books what it is that you have been practising. For example – if you still need to practise writing decimals as fractions, complete this in our homework books. If you still need to work on division – use arrays to help you answer some tricky questions. It can be anything from the timestable that you are stuck on – remember to write these out one at a time, or it can be using equivalent fractions…anything that your math goal might be or something that you have in the red traffic light. Task 2: make a list of anywhere or anything that you would see decimals being used in Don’t forget to record your reading in your diary!
