The milestone was achieved when Honda rolled out its 20 millionth vehicle. Honda's growth in India has been driven predominantly by Activa and CB Shine. Both these models are leading sales volumes in their respective segments. However, the company has a 55% market share in the fastest-growing automatic scooter segment. This project is in line with Tata Power's commitment to commission 120 MW of new Hydro Power Project this year as part of the centenary year celebration theme of Invisible Goodness and is the first cross border project registered under UNFCCC's Clean Development Mechanism. The Dagachhu project is a joint venture initiative between TATA Power and Druk Green Power Corporation, owned by Royal Government of Bhutan, and National Pension & Provident Fund of Bhutan. With the commissioning of the project, TATA Power's total hydro generation capacity stands at 513 MW and overall capacity at 8684 MW. The Dagachhu Project is 126 MW run of river hydro project located in Dagana Dzongkhag, Bhutan. The commercial flow of energy generated from the Dagachhu project to India officially started February 21st 2015. The test run for the second unit of 63 MW will also be immediately started and expected to be completed soon. DHPC has entered into a 25 year Power Purchase Agreement with TATA Power Trading Company Limited for sale of power from the project. The power generated from the project shall be sold by TPTCL in the Indian power market. JSPL has not received any communication from the government with regard to the re- examination of Gare Palma IV/2 & IV/3 or Tara coal blocks which have been won by its subsidiary Jindal Power Limited.” It said “The recent coal block auctions were conducted through a transparent & fair bidding mechanism, which involved two stages of qualification. More than 10 bidders including Jindal Power Limited participated in the auction for each of these mines.” It added “As per the MSTC website JPL was the winning bidder with regard to the above mentioned coal blocks. JSPL believes that the Government will respect the outcome of these successfully conducted auctions." JSPL update to BSE on news on coal block allocation Odisha government was taking steps to hand over the Kalinga Iron Works Limited to SAIL as the state PSU turned out to be a loss making unit. This was stated by Industries Minister Mr Debi Prasad Mishra while replying to a written question of BJP MLA Dilip Kumar Ray in the assembly. Mr Mishra said that "The government is taking steps to hand over the Keonjhar based unit to SAIL." He said that the KIWL, run by the Industrial Development Corporation of Orissa Ltd (IDCOL) had been incurring regular losses since 2008-09, the KIWL has capacity of producing 170,000 tonne of pig iron per annum. He however, added that only 71,248 tonne of pig iron was manufactured at KIWL during the last three years, adding that out of four furnaces in the unit, only two furnaces remained operational during last three years.
