Call to Photographers
Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, LLP is partnering with Honfleur Gallery tocurate a unique art exhibition in their downtown DC office space.
DeadlineApplication must be received by August 30, by 5pm. Mail in, drop off at HonfleurGallery or use Drop Box. (Applications sent to Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice will not bereviewed and will be disqualified. If mailing, send to Honfleur Gallery. Please review detailsbelow.)
Who is eligible?Photographers who currently live in DC, VA, MD. All levels of photographers areeligible to apply. Photographers who have limited exhibition experience areespecially encouraged to apply.
Notification & InstallationAll photographers will be notified by September 6, 2013. Selected artists must beable to drop off their work, ready for hanging on one of these three days: October3 (10am-5pm), October 4 (10am-5pm) or October 5 (10am-5pm) at HonfleurGallery. Honfleur Gallery staff will coordinate with selected artists to determinebest hanging solutions. Work must be picked up at Honfleur Gallery the weekfollowing the exhibition on one of these three days: October 31 (10am-5pm),November 1 (10am-5pm) or November 2 (10-5pm). Pleasenote, selected
photographers are responsible for cost of printing, framing or other presentationneeded to display work.
ExhibitionThe exhibition will be on display at the offices of Womble Carlyle Sandridge &Rice, LLP, 1200 19th Street NW, Suite 500, Washington DC from October 16 to25, with a private reception on Wednesday, October 16. Clients and affiliates ofWomble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice will be invited to the reception. Selected artistswill be invited to bring a few guests to the reception.

Sales
Artists will receive a 100 percent commission on any sales that take place duringthe duration of the exhibition.
There are three ways to apply: mail in application, drop off application in personor use dropbox. Please read all instructions below.
How to apply:Mail in or Drop off1. Completed application (final page of this document)2. Resume3. Artist Statement (max one page)4. Image list of details of images submitted
o must include: title, year, price5. CD or flash drive with up to 12 JPEGs (200 dpi and no larger than 5x7) of
work available for this exhibition.
o Images files should be labeled firstintital.lastname01.jpg(example: Frederick Douglass: F.Douglass01.jpg,
F.Douglass02.jpg, etc)o It is recommended to only apply with photographs from the last two
years (August 2011-present)
