CHEMTECH will inaugurate the 6 th edion of Oil & Gas World Expo (earlier OceanTEX World Expo) at 2:30 pm on February 10, 2014 at Bombay Exhibion Grounds, Goregaon (East), Mumbai. Mr Sudhir Vasudeva, Chairman & Managing Director, ONGC Ltd & General Chairman of Oil & Gas World Expo 2014 and Mr A K Purwaha, Chairman & Managing Director, Engineers India Ltd, will aend the inauguraon of the internaonal exhibion and conference along with the other key dignitaries from the Indian and overseas E&P companies and allied services providers viz Oil Field Services, EPC and Automaon etc are expected to aend the three-day internaonal meet. Parallel conferences on E&P and Refining envisage drawing aenon to crical issues and knowledge sharing between the Indian and internaonal delegates. As the Technical Chairman Mr P K Borthakur, Director Offshore ONGC Ltd, has designed the technical content for two day E&P conference on “Resurgence of the Oil & Gas in India – Prospects and Challenges”. Dr R K Malhotra, Director R&D, IOCL, and Chairman Central Advisory Board (CAB) Refining Conference 2014 along with the CAB members has curated the two-day conference programme. Sessions include Emerging technologies, Fuel Quality and Refining Petrochemical Synergy. Around 200 exhibitors are expected to display state-of-the-art products for applicaon across the upstream, hydrocarbon processing, transportaon and storage, and downstream sectors of the hydrocarbon value chain. Concurrent events include EnerTECH World Expo 2014 and SMP World Expo 2014. SMP World Expo 2014 has evolved as one of most sought after events for the maritime industry. Dr Abdul Kalam, Former President of India, had inaugurated the first edition of this event in 2008 and
