Three layers of Permissions
A user’s ability can be customized within three different levels of permissions. Access can be structured based on what a user can do within the overall organization, within a team or Agency/Dept. and lastly in relation to a particular network account i.e. Twitter, Facebook, etc.
Message Approval
When a message is posted by a limited user an email with a link to “view unapproved messages” is sent to the “approver”
Approvals queue
Messages needing approval are stored in a message approval queue where they can be edited or approved for posting The red box on the right side indicates the messages are awaiting approval
