This 8 minute short film will be shot in one day, with one meal. It will be used on Social Media on the Internet as a competition. In the 8 minute short film there are seven ( 7 ) mistakes. Those that can pick out at least four ( 4 ) will win 4 tickets to the premier opening in major theatres (limited number of theatres). Those who are able to pick out all seven ( 7 ) will be eligible to play a part in the next FATHER HARLEY film. This series is a trilogy and we are now completing the third screenplay.

BRIEF HISTORY OF OUR TWO ORGANIZATIONS AND OUR

FUTURE

NEW BEGINNING JANUARY 1ST, 2010 – 1st

And all needy Americans will have clothes to wear, a place to stay, eat, sleep, keep warm and get back on

track, while living in a ministry!

Our first organization: THE LIVINGSTON INSTITUTE, INC. a public membership, tax-exempt, non-profit 501(c)(3) educational institute established to further study and research individual creative managing and effective inter-personal behavior by it’s

founder Professor Robert Teviot Livingston (deceased) Dept. of Industrial Engineering at Columbia University, Manhattan, New York since 1966. IRS compliance of this current status upon request to us or call the Internal Revenue Service ( IRS ) and speak to VAIDA SINGLETON ID #0203345 at 1-877-829-5500 to confirm our current status.

Our second organization: DFJC MINISTRY (Disciples For Jesus Christ) which is a Self-Supported, Unincorporated, Organized, Non-Profit, Christian Church, Health and Social Welfare Ministry since 2005. We are not interested in converting anyone.

We are aligned (under contract) the institute and the ministry.

President of The Livingston Institute, Inc. (1966) is Dr. Doug White, PhD., MIPCC, NLP, IIT, AC and COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPIST in communication and control. He is also Custodian of Records for DFJC Ministry (2005), both organizations currently located in Long Beach, CA. 90810

He has earned an Honorary Doctorate Degree in CYBERNETICS (November 1999) for eight years of full time research on “Longevity and Anti-Aging” ( How to live to 150 and Beyond with peace, passion, health, activity and a prosperous lifestyle, along with a most gorgeous, beautiful woman ) from Columbia University through the efforts of Professor Robert Teviot Livingston, presented by Dr. S. Hillary Williams, JD-MC-BSE (deceased) Senior Associate, Teletest Cybergroup, Inc., New York City, N.Y. 10001, Former Chairman and Corporate Attorney for the institute.

Currently we are filling positions for Chairman, V.P., Secretary and Treasurer for the institute. We have in place an Executive Director, Richard Fasano, IT, PCC, (Jersey City, N.J.) and Patrick Worsham, Illustrator and Management Director, (Pasadena, CA.) each for DFJC Ministry. Dr. Doug White, PhD., is currently custodian of records for the ministry.

Our basic premise is to provide food, shelter, clothing and training for “People getting back on Track” housed in a living ministry or elsewhere. Our training is provided in the movie industry based on the ability of participants to make money for themselves, their

families and others, no matter what the prevailing economic times. The movie industry provides steady income regardless of the current economic time. Our overall plan is to eliminate unemployment and homelessness in the United States of America. GOD-BLESS-AMERICA. Why do we feel we can do this? One reason is because of the last four letters in the word AMERICAN = “I CAN.”

SPECIAL NOTE: It is counter productive to refer to people as homeless, living in a homeless shelter. These designations in no way give people the inspiration to move ahead. Some of the People we work with are “People getting back on Track” living in a ministry.

STILL NOT CONVINCED?

PART OF MY STORY – DR. DOUG WHITE, PhD. 3/5/10

For those who are still unsure, either now, or after you read the entire brief history, let me say this: I am 68 yrs young. I am going to live to 150 and beyond with peace, passion, health, activity and a prosperous lifestyle, with a most gorgeous, beautiful woman. I still haven’t reached the half way mark, I have 82 or more years left to my life, my glorious life, living with the “favor” of GOD and His son Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior. In 1970 I became a multi-millionaire in “no cash” real-estate, in just 4 years, 1980 I ran eight ( 8 ) different companies in Santa Barbara CA., all in the transportation business (S.B. Airport Taxi, S.B. Limousine, S.B. City Cab, Goleta Taxi, S.B. 24hr Answering Service, S.B. Chauffeur Service, Doctor Detail and S.B. Marketing) to become a multi-millionaire again in just under 7 years, 1990 I became a multi-millionaire in the Stock Market in less than 1 year and by 1999 I was a multi-millionaire on the Internet. ( 10 years is my goal-set ) .

By the year 2000 I made a major mistake. I worked for a man ( less-than-a-man ) who cheated the general public and lied in court to start a 9yr cycle of negative activity for me, starting with 30 days in jail, for a crime I didn’t commit. During this time until now I have been homeless, having slept behind a wall at a church on Colorado Boulevard in Pasadena, on the Pasadena Main Library concrete steps until about 3:28am when it got so cold I had to get on a bus, just to keep warm. In Pasadena, that bus was full of Americans that needed employment and a safe place to live.

My analysis of this nine ( 9 ) years is that GOD wanted to slow me down and let me begin to understand what life is all about and how to treat other people. I’ve learned a lot. The four times I was a multi-

millionaire I looked out for no-one except myself. I didn’t care about anyone. I learned well. GOD guided my footsteps and pointed me in the right direction to make sure that I learned what He wanted me to learn. I did, and that’s the reason for this brief history. All money I earn goes directly to our institute and then on to our ministry. Everyone needs a SAVIOR and the only way to find HIM is to change our BEHAVIOR.

More than nine ( 9 ) years ago, eleven ( 11 ) years to be exact, I have worked with a lady who’s father committed suicide by hanging himself from a tree in his backyard. Unfortunately, this lady found him hanging there. She and I ended our dating relationship and I told her that even though I usually stopped seeing and talking to a previous relationship, in her case, I would keep in contact with her so that everyday that she awoke she always knew that there was someone, a friend, under any circumstance, that she could call, with any concerns. I have continued to talk to her since that time and including this month of February, 2010 and will continue until she tells me to stop. During this eleven ( 11 ) years there was NO sexual activity.

During this nine ( 9 ) years I have worked with a single mom who was on methamphetamine. I worked with her for 157 days – 24hrs per day to get her to realize that “meth” doesn’t allow you to have a life. Her two wonderful children lived with me since she appointed me guardian of them so that they would be taken care of while she was in rehab. Both children love her and realize that their mom is home to stay. When she smiles they know it’s her. The last thing they said to me was “Mommy is home.”

I have also been fortunate to have worked with a young lady who was hooked on prescription drugs. I’ve worked with her for 91 days – 24hrs per day to help her decide to go to a clinic for methadone and eventually be able to function. She now has a boyfriend and seems to be enjoying her life. I am her “dad” as per her request, what an honor for me. She lost her real father when she was six and seems to value calling me with questions as to what to do now, Dad?

During my nine ( 9 ) years of learning I designed this program. Now I am applying what I learned and through the “favor” of GOD, we will be totally successful within the time frame chosen, with your kind and generous participation.

This brief history is a result of that nine ( 9 ) years where I learned that GOD wants us to become extremely prosperous, except we need

to share our wealth and success with those who are not so fortunate. I now have the “favor” of GOD.

Members who have gone through training can select any movie studio to work for or they can work with our studio which produces major motion pictures for our ministry, all funds after expenses, are donated to our institute and are given to our ministry for the function and growth of the institute / ministry on a continuous basis.

Membership in our ministry is FREE and is dependent on individuals assisting one person per day with a good act and a different act continues each and every day with a different person to maintain membership. The act can be as simple as helping an elderly woman by carrying her grocery bags or it can be a major act such as assisting a person on methamphetamine get help to stabilize their position in society and allow them to begin to enjoy life once again.

There is no need to report any act by phone, e-mail or snail-mail. Not one thing is required by the active member except their honesty with themselves in the performance of their act each day. Once a member begins to act on a regular daily basis they will soon see their life becoming better and better.

All acts must be carried out with no expectation of return for their performance. They will realize that the performance gives them a good feeling as their life begins to improve.

All activity in our institute and ministry is on a voluntary basis and all participants are rewarded by a special unknown counsel based on their contribution. Rewards can be material items, money and / or help from other participants to get them back on track or simply just to reward them for their contribution. No guarantees.

We offer, through our institute, classes on movie production, which can be free or tuition classes dependent on the individual. We offer screenwriting, acting, make-up, lighting and camera work along with directing and producing as part of our curriculum. Other courses pertaining to life in general are offered periodically or as deemed necessary by our education council.

All monies produced from our movie production, education, donations, bequests, wills, contributions, grants and all other sources of money and items become part of the institute / ministry and are used to build the institute / ministry and offer more benefits to our membership and the general public. All monies earned by me are donated to the institute and on to the ministry.

All members and workers work in the institute or ministry as independent workers under contract agreement and the compensation for work must be entered under “consideration” in the Independent Worker’s Contract Agreement for services rendered, under the terms, conditions and obligations of the contract agreement.

Consideration can be rendered for previous work already performed and work to be performed in the present or at some future time, as indicated under the contract agreement. We have no employees.

Our goals are as follows: Beginning on January 1st, 2010 our current goals begin and all goals must be completed by January 15, 2020 or before. They include the following: ( 1 ) the filming of an eight minute short film presenting the demon characters in our upcoming movie, to be exposed on T.V. and social media on the Internet to promote our major motion picture film “FATHER HARLEY, an Irish Catholic Priest with an attitude, who faces real demons. No Denial, No Silence. A Gothic Horror” ( 2 ) the selection of our Producer, Director and Cast ( 3 ) pre-production of our film ( 4 ) the twenty-five day shoot of the film ( 5 ) the post-production of our film ( 6 ) the continued promotion of the film, increasing as we get closer to the theatre opening ( 7 ) the opening of the film October 31, 2011 dependent on scheduling ( 8 ) the successful receipt of proceeds to finance our second film “FATHER HARLEY II” which has been completely written ( 9 ) the beginning of the sequence to produce the second film with even better financial results. Our goal is $100,000,000.00 (one hundred million dollars) per film based on ten 10 or more films generating one billion dollars by January 15, 2020 or before ( 10 ) selecting the location of our institute / ministry – the purchasing of the appropriate amount of land - the building of our dome ministries to accommodate “People getting back on Track” – the building of our ministry tower, computer facility, office, and library – the building of our ministry institute – the building of our ministry studio and production company – the incorporation of our ministry credit union – the building of our ministry theme park. “FATHER HARLEY III” is being written now by Dr. Doug White (aka Harley Demon, actor) who is the main character in the trilogy of major films. ( More to be added ).

All activity is to be successfully completed by January 15, 2020 ( 10 years ) or BEFORE! (Originated January 1st, 2010) After that, we will continue to grow and make life better for all AMERICAN’S.

SPECIAL NOTE: During my nine ( 9 ) year learning experience, I became totally disabled with seven ( 7 ) different disabilities: Liver cirrhosis, Hernia (just operated on February 18th, 2010 by Dr. Namir Katkhouda, M.D. of USC Hospital w/six to eight weeks of recovery), Fracture if my right vertebrae, Fracture in my left vertebrae, Loss of up to 80% use of my right arm and shoulder and my left arm and shoulder, and Arthritis. I have been using stem cells for the liver cirrhosis, my hernia operation is done and only recovery of six weeks still exists), the fractures in my upper vertebrae (right and left) and my 80% loss of the use of my right arm and shoulder and my left arm and shoulder have been subsided by the use of light weights with walking exercise and I take Cosamin DS for the arthritis which builds up the loss of cartilage and eliminates pain in the joints, and with proper eating, I feel GREAT!

An interesting thing is that so many successes in history have been achieved by people who have either been limited by some kind of handi-challenge or have suffered a major setback or non-successful attempts of one kind or another.

It’s one’s attitude in life that makes the difference. No matter what happens to us, with a POSITIVE ATTITUDE we can rise above our difficulties and achieve notable things with our life. With the “favor” of GOD, the medical profession, loved ones, the support of relatives and loving friends, I am recovering to the fullest possible extent which is turning this experience into another grand blessing. Nothing will keep me from successfully completing these goals because I have the “favor” of GOD and the experience to make things happen, now. Let’s get started, shall we?! Join us, we have the spark and courage that creates extraordinary results and we also have the “favor” of GOD.

In order to instill trust in all participants in both DFJC Ministry and The Livingston Institute, Inc. everyone is required to receive and acknowledge receipt of this pledge and to live by the words that it contains to keep our two facilities in check and guarantee that anyone working with either organization will conduct themselves on a professional, trustworthy and completely honest level.

Those that assist, in any way, either or both organization(s) have the right to feel comfortable in making their donations, contributions or grants and need not worry about any misuse of funds. This will assist them in making their decision to participate in every way possible.

No one, under any circumstances, must overstep their authority and utilize donated, contributed, grant money or institute / ministry funds for their own benefit ahead of the use of those funds that are directed to be used by either organization. The use of any funds without specific direction from those in charge of the entire

operation, in writing, including those in charge, carries a penalty as determined by the board of directors of the institute and the directors of the ministry in each of their separate organizations. Misuse of funds, in any form, will not be allowed or acceptable and will be dealt with accordingly.

Both organizations are run independently and governed by the authorities of each individual organization and any payment to participants in either organization are determined by the appropriate authority and essentially based on the contribution made to either organization by the participant. Payment or benefit must be in writing and entered in the individual benefits section of those working under contract agreement as independent workers. Each and every person working within either organization is working under contract as independent workers. We have no employees.
