• 3 year, MAFRI research partnership– Establish a Manitoba based horticultural applied
research program with a focus on fruit and vegetables field and greenhouse production.
• Research will include sustainable energy and northern food production

• Re-establishing the greenhouse on the 1st
street north campus
• Combination of traditional greenhouse (2400 ft2)
and sustainable energy greenhouse. (1200 ft2)
