Description and Features

- The S1M crimper is for the low volume user who has a requirement to crimp hoses in a repair type of environment rather than production. It is very portable and with a weight of only 15kg it can be easily taken on site. - This model is really aimed at the ½” hose market and below but for straight fittings can handle up to 1” 4 wire and 1 ¼” Industrial hoses. - The machine comes with 3 die sets ( see above) but there is a good range of extra dies which go down to 6.8mm which is often purchased for crimping of mini-test hoses and small thermoplastic hoses. - Also available with air foot pump operation as S1P model - Crimping diameter is set with a micrometer and when crimp diameter is reached a light comes on ( no mechanical dead stop)

The S2M crimper is for the low volume user who has a requirement to crimp hoses in a repair type of environment rather than production but wants to crimp bigger hoses than S1M model. It is reasonably portable with a weight of 32kg it can be easily taken on site or put in a van or UTE

This model is really aimed at the 1” hose market and below in both straight and elbow fittings and 1 ¼” Industrial hoses.

The machine comes with 6 die sets ( see above) but there is a good range of extra dies available which go down to 6.8mm which is often purchased for crimping of mini-test hoses and small thermoplastic hoses. The largest die available is 47mm

Also available with air foot pump operation as S2P model and S2A model and S2 DC for single phase and DC van operation

Crimping diameter is set with a micrometer and when crimp diameter is reached a light comes on ( no mechanical dead stop).

The 24vDC model is really good for mobile van because a 240 tonne crimp force in a pack-age weighing only 77kg is a nice combination. Best fitted at back or side of van on slide out rails allowing large heavy and long hoses good access from underneath, giving good visibility.

Crimp dia is easily set by turning handles until socket touches and then crimp path by micrometer.
