FLEXKING® This series of products is unique in

that, due to the method of construction, the fabric completely encloses the wire helix.

Good flexibility, lightweight and crush resistance are characteristic of this series. FlexKing types are impregnated with neoprene.

Type L-T ducting is only for cool or warm air ventilation. Economical, yet good service life. Ideal for defroster air duct.

Type-SFG dueling performs well in low pressure, light duty areas. It is best suited in stationary non-flexing areas, for hot air handling and fume control. It is single ply fiberglass.

Type-DFG ducting of double ply fiber­glass is designed for hot air handling of fume and exhaust control. Glass hose has good flexibility but is not recom­mended for severe flexing.

Both SFG and DFG have excellent flame resistant qualities.

Type-SC ducting performs especially well in low pressure, light duty areas. It is best suited for air handling and fume control.

Type-De dueling is exceptionally reliable and strong. Its best applications are air handling, fume control, dust col­lection and light material handling.

Type-Blue is the same as DC except flame retardant. Blue cover and black liner.

Type-DC-NS dueling is the same as DC with a nylon rod helix.

Type-DE ducting is the most rugged of the two-ply FlexKing series. It has an unequalled reliability record under the most severe conditions. FlexKing-DE resists rupture and flex fatigue and is mildew-proof and rot-proof.

Type-FE dueling is four-ply construc­tion instead of two ply. Bordering on a material handling hose, it is suited for wood chips and rock dust exhaust.

Dip Coating. Neoprene coatings increase the loss of air or gases, increases its abrasion and chemical resistance.

Wear Strip. Both orange vinyl and clear polyamide wear strips are bonded over the wire helix and increases the duct life when dragged over rough or abrasive surfaces.

Type-CO dueling is a smooth bore hose designed with abrasion resistant materials. It is suited for handling of wet or dry materials, and may be used for gravity, positive or negative flow. Uses include collection of clay or rock dust and it is suited for vacuum of grass, leaves, sawdust, grain and more (light duty).

Type-KD ducting is a smooth bore flexible hose designed with neoprene materials. It can be used for transmission of liquids, grindings and contaminated air, as well as air intake hose, on over-or off-the-road equipment, buses, farm machinery and trucks. Well suited when neoprene chemical resistance is required.

MH Hose - Types 1, 2 and 3 Material Handling Hose Products.

These hose products are designed for gravity, positive and negative pressure applications in bulk material handling. All are constructed with abrasive resistant materials and have temperature ranges of -40°F to +250F. To let you select the most economical hose for each, we offer three types of MH hose.

Type-LSH-CB corrugated bore manufactured with material to give long service life by using weather resistant and excellent abrasive resistant rubber compounds.

Tuftex Special ducting has many variations and special constructions are available. We can supply white, tan or black colors. Hose or sleeve can be made of SBR, neoprene, EPDM, nitrile and hypalon.

CYCLONE® This product series provides excellent

service in all types of large air volume and fume control applications. Excellent for portable blower applications, temporary ship construction ventilation, welding fume removal , utility manhole ventilation and portable heaters. All sewn construction.

Type-NC provides excellent service in air handling and fume control applications such as welding, fume removal , portable indoor blowers, and as an exhaust duct.

Type-NF is especially good in hot air handling applications. It is stronger than Type-NC. Fabric is not affected by moisture. Excellent for portable heater applications.

Type-VF is highly resistant to weather, gasoline, oil , fresh water and salt water. It is flame-proof, as tested in accordance with CCC-T-191 method 5902.
