호스는 압력 및 온도에 의해 수축되므로 조금 여유있게 하고, 조립시 꼬이지 않도록 연결한다.The hose is shrunk by pressure and temperature, do not twist it when assembling..

호스를 90°로 굽히지 말고,원만한 커브를 갖도록 한다.Do not bend into 90°, a smooth curve recommended.

호스가 금형의 주물등의 닿을 경우는Clamp를 사용하여 간섭을 피한다.Clamp recommended if there's any ovstacle in the direction of progression of hose to avoid interference.

호스를 90°로 굽힐경우 Coupling을 사용 한다.Coupling recommended if the hose have to be bent into 90°

1. 설치시 주의사항 Precautions for installation

1-5..

1-1.가스 스프링 고정시 금형의 바닥면에 볼트나 마운트로 고정하여 사용한다

When fixing gas spring, please fix it with bolts or mount on the bottom surface

1-2..가스 스프링은 금형의 바닥면과 수직이 되도록 설치한다. (허용편심은 0.5˚ 이내)

Gas spring must be installed perpendicularly to the bottom surface.(Allowable eccentricity shall be within 0.5˚)

1-3..로드 상면에 수직으로 닿도록 하며 로드 직경보다 큰 블록을 고정하여 사용하지 않는다.Gas spring must work completely perpendicular to the contact surface and do not use by fixing a larger block than rod diameter.

1-4..가스 스프링의 볼트로 고정시 가스 스프링의 바닥이 금형 플레이트에 맞닿도록 하여 고정한다. ROD 상면의 TAP으로 고정하여 사용하지 않는다

When fixing gas spring with fixing ccessories, fix the gas spring solidly on the plate. Do not use threaded hole of upper rod to fasten the gas spring.

가스 스프링의 바닥면에 설치시 금형의 평평한 면에 사용한다.Gas spring must installed flatways with mold.

가스 충진시 반드시 질소가스만 사용한다Gas spring must only be charged with nitrogen gas.

2-2.작동시 최대 스트로크를 초과하면 안된다. 작동량은 최대 90% 사용을 권장합니다.When uses, do not overstroke.It is recommended to use of Max. 90% of thenominal stroke

2-3.가스 스프링은 무급유 제품으로 윤활유를 사용하지 않으며, 오염물질 미세분진이나 scrap이 쌓이지 않도록 한다.As a oil-free product, gas spring does not use a lubricant oil. Also please protect from contaminants, particle dusts and scraps.

로드는 상하로 작동하되 로드를 급격하게 개방하여 사용하지 않는다. (실린더 파손의 원인이 됨)The rod shall be operated up and down, but it must not be opened suddenly. (It may be the cause of damage of the cylinder)

2-4.가스 스프링 사용 온도는 최대 80˚C입니다.The max. operating temperature of the gas spring is 80˚C.

2. 사용시 주의사항 Precautions in use


3-1.실린더와 로드를 임의로 가공 및 절단하지 않는다. (용접, 가열, 개조, 분해 절대 금지)The cylinder and rod should not be arbitrarily machining or cut. (welding, heating, modification and disassembling is strictly prohibited)

3-2.운반중이나 보관시 가스 스프링이 서로 부딪혀서 ROD의 표면이 찍히거나 긁히지 않도록 한다.During transport or storage, please avoid to hit the surface of rod each other.

3-3.금형내의 작업시 용접 스파크, 절단 칩, 페인트 등이 ROD면에 부착되지 않도록 한다.When working for inside of the mold, please be careful to avoid the welding spatters, cut particles, paints and etc. from being attached to the surface of the rod.

3-4.실내에서 보관하며 실외나 고온 다습한 곳에 보관하지 않도록 한다.Do not store outdoor or at a place where temperature and humidity is high. Must be kept indoor.

3-4.폐기시에는 가스 스프링 내부의 질소가스를 완전히 제거한 후 폐기한다.Before disposing gas spring, it should be completely discharged.
