If the product is determined to be defective due to manufacturing defect, Powell Industrial agrees to replace the hose based on the age and the matrix above.

This warranty does not cover damages caused by incorrect or unauthorised use, storage or assembly.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or abuse. The warranty explicitly does not cover defects caused by faulty mounting of couplings and clamps.

This warranty is valid only for the products manufactured by POWELL INDUSTRIAL and does not cover defects arising out of materials provided or stipulated by the purchaser.
