February 19, 2019 Meeting of the Clayton County Board of Supervisors at their office, 600 Gunder Road, Elkader, Iowa. Present: Steve Doeppke, Sharon Keehner, and Ray Peterson. Guests: Rafe Koopman, Larry Stone, Sue Meyer, Terry Doeppke, Brian White, Jerry Fassbinder. Doeppke moved, Keehner seconded to approve the minutes of the February 11, 2019, meeting. Ayes: Doeppke, Keehner, Peterson. Motion carried. Keehner moved, Doeppke seconded to approve claims as presented. Ayes: Doep-pke, Keehner, Peterson. Motion carried. Joining by phone, Jeff Jobe, Rural Busi-ness/Cooperative Services Program Direc-tor for the USDA, discussed and completed the SPOC Intergovernmental Review Con-sultation Sheet for Feeder Creek Group (Walz Energy partner) with the Board. The sheet addressed items including: goal plan-ning, effectiveness, development, environ-mental impact, growth, supply and demand, and displacement. The Board worked on the FY2019 Coun-ty Budget Amendment. The Board worked on the FY2020 Coun-ty Budget. Gary Kregel’s item was removed from the agenda at his request. Terry Doeppke met with the Board to discuss timesheets and calculations regard-ing sick leave, vacation, and compensatory time.
