upon PHP with Codeigniter Framework.This is Just an overview how to use this Software.

3. First please go to your website where installed the Doctor appointment system. For website and admin panel

write your (www.yourdomain.com). Then click on login at the top right of the top menu. then you will get a

login panel. just push your user name and password also select type (Doctor/ Assistant). Then login.

4. There have another way for direct login to your admin panel. just write (www.yourdomain/login) and try as

before. Note: obviously change your user name and password after setting up everything.

5. Now you can see the admin panel overview. there have logo at top left side and you can change your profile

from top right side.Also you can see Your Total appointment, Today patient,Doctor,Representative,Total

progress and Enquiry

6. To change your profile settings, please click on Profile and you will get this page. please click on Edit profile

then write your self.

7. Now just put your First Name >Last Name > Designation >Department > Address >Phone >Mobile >Short

Biography > Picture > Specialist >Date of birth > Sex > Blood Group > Education/Degree >Status >And

finally click on Save button

8. Now to create new department click on "Add Department" as shown below picture

9. Now add department information as follow Name > Description > Status and finally click on "Save"

10. Now if you want to see department list just click on "Department List" then you can see below picture.if you

want to delete any department just click on "Delete" or want to modify any existing department just click on

edit.

11. Now add information as follow Name > Description > Status and finally click on "Save"

12. Now if you want to add doctor click on "Add Doctor" then follow below picture to fill up doctor information

and finally click on 'Save' button

13. To see doctor list click on "Doctor List".here you can view doctor information,edit doctor information and

delete any doctor from list.

14. To add hospital representative just click on "Add Representative" and fill up representative information as

below picture and finally click on "Save" button

15. You can also check representative list just click on "Representative List".here you can edit,delete any existing

representative

16. To add new patient just click on "Add Patient" and follow below picture and finally click on "Save"

17. To check patient list just click on "Patient List" and follow below picture.here you can edit,delete or view any

patient information

18. TO create New Schedule just click on "Add Schedule" and follow below picture to fill up schedule

information.don't forgot to hit "Save" button.

19. You can see schedule list from "Schedule List" option.can edit and delete anything of schedule

20. To add appointment please click on "Add Appointment" then write Patient Id > Department > Doctor Name >

Date > Serial No > Problem > Status and finally click on "Save" button

21. If you want to see appointment list just click on "Appointment list" .here you can edit or delete any

appointment from list.

22. If you want to check enquiry just click on "Enquiry" option.here you can view and delete any enquiry.

23. To change setting just click on "Setting" option and follow below picture to fill up information Title > Address

> Email > Phone > Favicon > Logo > Footer Text and finally click on "Save" option.

24. To check appointment report just click on "Appointment Report" then "Assign by all" or "Assign by doctor"

25. Finally one of the important part is Website setting.now to setting website click on "Website" then "Setting"

and follow below pictures and fill up information as shown pictures.
