When it comes to providing food and beverage
for your meetings and events, we understand
the importance of getting this correct.
These menus have been created as a new
concept which is designed to suit the working
environment and provide a fresh, tasty and
beautifully presented experience.
Our Hospitality Team here at 7 West Road are
very proud of the high standard of food and
service we provide, to reflect positively on both
us and you as an organiser.
With fresh ingredients and total dedication to
quality, we aim to exceed your expectations in
all aspects of our service.

from 08:30-17:00 Monday to Friday.
Delivery of food and beverages is
between 08:30-16.30 Monday to Friday.
We can always fulfil orders as requested if we
have three days’ notice. However if your event is
in less than three days, please call us and we will
do our best to help
Cancellations We understand that due to
unforeseen circumstances events have to be
occasionally cancelled. If this happens please let
us know as soon as possible. We have to recover
the cost of food we have ordered and any staff
costs, therefore if we have less than three days’
notice we will need to charge you the full cost of
your order
Where out of hours events are required
a charge of £20.00 per hour (minimum 3 hours)
will be added to the invoice to cover staff costs
Monday to Friday.
On a Saturday and Sunday a charge of £30.00 per
hour (minimum 3 hours) will be added to the
invoice.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept orders by
telephone.

specific requests, cost codes and departmental
names. Host and organiser names are also
required.
We will be happy to discuss your requirements

the month and is payable by BACS.

Packages
HOSPITALITY DROP OFF SERVICE
PROVIDER
We are offering a new and exclusive service
to all of our clients at the Alison Richard
building to cater for your events in the Atrium
area.
We can provide a drop off service from
14.30-17.00 Monday to Thursday only.
Set up
The caterers will organise and set up the
function to include drinks and nibbles or
canapés or chilled finger food and the
organiser can take over from here.
Food safety regulations
In line with food safety legislation the
organiser must follow the instructions
provided in the leaflet accompanying your
service.
Clear down
Trolleys will be provided to clear glasses onto
after the event (disposables can be provided
at no extra cost).
Wine stock, crockery and glass ware
All stock and equipment provided will be the
responsibility of the organiser.
Health and safety
Health and safety will also be the
responsibility of the organiser.
