Eden TrainingsLeadership Pathways to Culture Change: 2-day training focused
on the leadership pathways to a successful Eden journey, which are rooted in the 10 Eden Principles. Develop leadership skills necessary to successfully to drive Culture Change in your organization.
Open Hearts Open Minds: 4-hour intensive training that introduces groups of up to 25 to the the 10 Eden Principles. Designed to reach critical mass of awareness of Eden and the Principles for Staff, Elders, Families, Communities . Once Hearts are opened, Minds will follow. (Also offered in Webinar format soon)
The Pathway to Growth: Once your garden is planted, growing yourself, your team, your Elders, and your organization can be a challenge in the complex world of Long Term Care. This training will introduce the GROWTH model as a tool to help you become an expert gardener in changing the culture of your home.

Training Venue (at your own location, a community center, a church, or any place suitable for holding a training event)

local/state/personal contacts to spread the good word) Miscellaneous (flip charts, office supplies, etc.) Commitment to send attendees from your organization
(the most successful trainings)
How Eden Supports You
Eden Provides a Turnkey Training Solution:
On-site Certified Eden Educator (Eden covers all travel/lodging expenses)
All educational materials Ships all necessary manuals, texts, supplies directly to the host site
(excluding the few supplies the host is requested to provide) Arranges for CEUs through NAB Manages entire registration process (easy online registration) Receives payments Responds to all telephone/email requests for information Promotes the training (HTML email blasts, postcards, flyers, telephone
campaigns, edenalt.org website)

Registry) Single Participant – Early Bird Rate: $495 (register 10 days
