1 Background

galvanizing facilities to introduce a robotic semi - automated centrifuge plant specifically designed for jobbing

applications including items such as large pipe fittings, brackets and castings. The already commissioned

centrifuge plant (Spinning) has brought about a whole new change in the industry offering exceptional high

quality coatings of consistent thickness and appearance. The range of products that can now by successfully

centrifuged has been significantly widened to include larger items that were previously impossible to spin.

3 Services

3.1 Centrifuge (Spinning)

What makes our plant the “leader in the market” ?

� Semi - automated and robotic.

� High velocity gas fired ceramic kettle capable of high temperature galvanizing if required.

� No loss in production during power failures or load shedding.

� Every variable in the cycle is precisely controlled to achieve optimum coating requirements specified by

the customer.

3.2 Open Dip Galvanizing

Our NEW Jobbing Plant ( Open dip)

New modernized gas fired plant was commissioned on the 9th June 2014 and offers the following benefits:

� No loss in production during power failures or load shedding.

� One kettle of 4.0 x 1.2 x 1.8 deep.

� Drying oven included within the process to maximize zinc coating quality.

� Four 3 ton overhead cranes available to maximize production.

� Carousel system used to feed black material into the facility and galvanized material to cleaning bays.

� Expected production rate to exceed 550 000 kg per month.

3.3 Transport

� Free collection and delivery for any load exceeding 5 000 kg within the Gauteng Region.

� A rate of R 0-25 per kg levied for any load in excess of 2 000 kg but less than 5 000 kg within the

Gauteng Region.

� Unfortunately the collection and delivery service for all loads below 2 000 kg is regretted.
