TEQUILASTequila takes its name from the town where it was first produced in the highlands of Jalisco, and is always made from the baked hearts of the Blue Agave. It is traditionally produced in 3 different forms. Blanco is unaged, and bottled immediately after distillation, Reposado is aged in oak barrels for 3 to 12 months giving it its distinctive amber colour, and Anejo is aged for 12 to 36 months. MEZCALMezcal is Tequila’s smoky, sinewy, mysterious grandfather and can be made from a variety of different agave. It should be handcrafted, roasted in underground kilns and barrel fermented.

Monte Alban 3.95From the Maguey agave, this mezcal has a pale straw colour and pungent, spicy wood aromas, yet surprising smoothness.

Alipus Baltazar 5.95Coming in at a whopping 48.1%, this Mezcal is made from the Espadin Agave grown high in the mountains of Oaxaca. Delicate, fruity and ever so slightly sweet.
