Blend with porridge/cooked rice to remove its stickiness, or use it to mould food into different shapes for added visual appeal. Instructions For porridge/rice, 1. Add 150g of hot porridge (more than 70 degrees Celsius) and ¾ tsp of Hot Jelly Base into a blender. 2. Blend for 1 minute. 3. Leave the mixture to cool, then serve. Special remarks To save time, you may replace hot porridge with 100g of cooked rice and 150ml of hot water (at least 80 degrees Celsius). Adjust the amount of water or Hot Jelly Base powder to achieve the desired texture. The Hot Jelly Base requires heat in order to solidify the mixture. Salty dishes will require more heat. Thus, if the mixture doesn’t solidify enough, try heating it up in the microwave or pan. For meat and fish, 1. Add meat/fish and hot water into a blender and blend till smooth. 2. Adjust the amount of water depending on how moist your food is. 3. Add Hot Jelly Base powder into the blender and blend for 10 seconds. 4. Pour the mixture into a pan and stir continuously until boiling point. 5. Place the mixture into a food mould and allow it to rest for several minutes. When temperature falls to 65 degree Celsius, the mixture will solidify. Storage instructions: Store in a cool, dry and clean place. Net weight: 500g Best before: 31 March 16
