    One Mans Opinion

Part IHi There, in our last online issue, we added more pages to our onlineedition. We only got mild feedback, but what we did get, was posi-

tive. So well keep trying and see how its perceived and accepted

over the next few months. To be completely honest, our goal is to

provide additional information, feature more people in our Around

Town Sections, increase our readership and be able sell additional advertising at a reduced cost so that

we can serve more individuals and businesses. So be on the look out for our online issue on Facebook

and Scribd.com. In a few days youll be able to view it on our new website. The domain has been pur-

chased and we are working on the new site. Ill let you know when its ready. OK, as soon as youre

finished reading this issue, go to your computer or smartphone and check out the HOT SPOT online.

Part IIThe General Assembly is working on allowing indoor Sunday sales of alcohol in concert with certain

holidays. i.e. St. Patricks Day. Thats a good start, but I still stand by my recommendation that ALL

clubs and lounges be allowed to open and sell alcohol on Sundays. Im not going to repeat my reasons

but suffice it to say, allowing all to be open is the only fair change to make.

Part IIICity Council is looking into the possibility of pay raises for itself. While I dont begrudge them a fair

wage for what they do and I applaud the process of research that theyve outlined, BUT in the end,

they are awarding themselves a raise. Hmmm, when I want a raise, I do something different, I go outand sell another ad or a new insurance policy. In other words I do more. I guess a case can be made,

that as a councilman gains experience he becomes more efficient and as such more valuable and war-

rants a raise. BUT I feel there should be some other process in place, perhaps a city wide referendum

to approve any pay raise..Just a thought.

    Just, One Mans Opinion.

    SUDOKU

The rules of Sudoku are simple. Enter

digits from 1 to 9 into the

blank spaces. Every row must contain

one of each digit. So mustevery column, as must every 3x3

    square. Each Sudoku has a

unique solution that can be reached

    logically without guessing.

The Solution is at the end of the Book.

    No Peeking.
