Operating supplies and equipment (OS&E) encompasses a wide variety of products sourced from Southeast Asia and China. They include glassware, silver, linens, bath soaps and staff uniforms, as well as all your equipment needs for housekeeping and front office, and in-room entertainment systems and leisure facilities.

At our Experience Center and showrooms, you can examine and select from among our vast inventory of equipment designs and kitchen, restaurant and bath supplies.

We have deep experience in the procurement of all these items. We start with the identification

of inventories amassed in our comprehensive database of suppliers, and then we match those products to your design to help create a distinctive look and feel. We work within your budget, fulfilling your vision while unifying operator needs with brand standards.

We handle quality control of every item and then safeguard receipt and positioning on-site. Handover documentation is essential for OS&E and we prepare detailed manuals with specifications, prices and sources to give you a complete template for repeat purchasing and maintenance once the hotel has opened.
