    Frenh Toast

    Le croque Monseur

    ingreents BreadEggs

    Milk Sugar Oil

    PreparatonWhiskthe eggs and mix themwith the milk.Dip the sandwich bread into themixture.

    Heat some oil in a pan and cookthe soggy bread or 2 minuteson each side.

    When its ready, sprinkle somesugar on top and eat!

    You can have French Toast orbreakast or as a dessert with aball o ice cream.

    ingreents Sandwich bread Cheese (sliced and grated)Ham (sliced)Bchamel sauceButterMustard (optional)

    PreparatonToast the pieces o bread in the oven (spreadbutter on one side o each piece o bread orextra favour).When the toast is ready, brush hal o thetoasted slices with mustard. (optional)Put a slice o ham between two slices ocheese and place this between two pieces otoast.

    Spoon some bchamel sauce on top andsprinkle some cheese over this.

    Place in a pan and bake in the oven or about5 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly andlightly browned.I you top this sandwich with a ried egg, itbecomes a Croque Madame.
