Over the past four decades, we have expanded our business to include nine locations in North Dakota, Minnesota, South Dakota, and Colorado.

We Work for Developers, Public Housing Authorities, Non-Profit Organizations, and Private ClientsFinancing for these projects have included conventional loans as well as government sponsored loans and/or grants. We have worked with three different HUD regional offices, FmHA, MHFA, and the ND State Housing and Finance Authority. These projects have given us a wealth of experience in understanding the multiple layers of submittals required and the skills needed to work toward a successful project.
