OUR STORY

Proudly born global. Flapper was born of a need for premium on-de-mand private aviation services, inclu-ding flights to airports inaccessible to commercial aviation. Having travelled frequently, the co-founders encounte-red a little-explored niche in executive aviation: shared flights. The platform is Brazil-made, with an ambitious vision of a born-global company. The foun-ding team consists of Poland-born Paul Malicki and Arthur Virzin, from Russia, both living in Brazil, and two local sof-tware engineers: Iago Senefonte and William Oliveira. The value proposition

is clear: to democratize private avia-tion through technology and effective distribution strategy. Building on the rising popularity of sharing economy, the company sells individual seats on private aircraft, enabling flights for the price of premium economy seats. The marketplace gives access to one of 115 certified aircraft available for immedia-te rent. Flapper Premium Service. Flapper organizes its own shared flights on certified air taxi aircraft. This premium service includes access to VIP lounge, drinks, snacks and Flapper concierge. The flights are available on the following routes: the São Paulo - Rio de Janeiro - São Paulo, São Paulo - Angra dos Reis and Rio de Janeiro - Búzios, with guaranteed take-off and pre-scheduled departure hours. The company intends to launch new routes in 2020.

Empty Legs. With empty legs you can save up to 40%-50% on your charter flights. These offers are announced in real time, with frequent departures from Belo Horizonte and São Paulo. Regular charter clients may also choose to sell the remaining seats or the return flights.

Regional. By the end of 2018, Flapper will have integrated regional aviation programs, including “Voe Minas” (Minas Gerais state) and “Asta Linhas Aéreas” (Mato Grosso).
