How can we create a world where people and nature thrive together?
Since 1993, EarthCorps has brought together young environmentalists from the US and countries around the world to plant trees, exchange perspectives, and learn through service.
Twenty-five years later, EarthCorps is still pushing boundaries by innovating ecological restoration practices, evolving how people learn leadership, and engaging communities in hands-on action.
1,500,000 trees and plantshave been planted to clean our air, mitigate climate change, and prevent polluted stormwater from entering Puget Sound.
215 miles of trails maintainedto provide safe places for Seattle’s growing community to appreciate and connect with nature.
190,000 volunteers (including 100,000 kids)have had the opportunity to give back to their community by restoring the health of neighborhood forests and wetlands.
1,250 alumni working in 90 countrieshave learned through service during their time at EarthCorps. Now they lead environmental change in communities around the world.

EarthCorps envisions a world where people and nature thrive together.
We believe in the power of people to tackle the most pressing challenges facing our planet.EarthCorps brings together passionate and hardworking young adults from the Pacific Northwest, the US, and countries around the world, for a yearlong leadership training program in Seattle, Washington.
Puget Sound is our classroom and our legacy. These young adults develop leadership skills by working collaboratively, leading community volunteers, and executing technical restoration projects along shorelines, trails and in forests. Every day they are hard at work, improving the health of our Puget Sound lands and waters.
After the yearlong program, these young leaders leave EarthCorps with the tools and skills to tackle the pressing issues of our time and create a better world for all of us.
We can’t do it alone.EarthCorps depends on the generosity of committed volunteers and donors. More than 10,000 youth, business leaders, and community members join us annually as we work to sustain and restore our public parks and forests for future generations to enjoy.
